Group fitness at Crunch is like having access to five boutique fitness studios—all under one roof! Each studio offers a unique experience, giving you the chance to switch up your routine and try something new every time you step through the door.

  • The Group Fitness Studio: This is the heart of our department, where the majority of classes take place. Whether it’s dance, strength, or cardio, this is where the magic happens.
  • The HIIT Zone: The ultimate adult playground, this studio is designed for High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It’s all about pushing yourself and breaking through limits.
  • The Ride Studio: Love cycling? The Ride Studio lets you experience the thrill of outdoor cycling—climbs, sprints, and endurance training—without the hassle of traffic.
  • The Boxing Rig: Glove up and punch it out! The Boxing Rig is all about letting off steam while learning real boxing techniques.
  • The Hot Studio: Whether it’s Hot Yoga or Hot Pilates or Hot Athletics, this studio heats things up—literally! With temperatures soaring up to 100°F, it’s all about pushing your limits in a hot environment.

And the best part? All these experiences come with your membership. No need for separate fees like you’d find in stand-alone studios. You get access to all five experiences under one Crunch membership!

Who is group fitness for?

The simple answer: Group fitness is for everyone! Whether you’re a first-time participant or a seasoned athlete, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. We like to say our programs are for “Beginners to Bad A$$.” Each class is intentionally created as a multilevel format, meaning you can choose the class that aligns with your personal goals, regardless of your fitness level. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, fitter, or more flexible, there’s a place for you here.

What does the Group Fitness Department bring to your fitness journey?
