Tread N Shed covers it all. On the treadmill you’ll fire up your leg muscles, pump your heart and lungs while choosing your own cardio adventure: either walking, power walking, jogging, running, or even sprinting. In every Tread N Shed work effort, there’s something for everyone!  

Who Are Tread N Shed Classes Best For? 

All levels of fitness are welcome in this fun-filled treadmill class. You do not have to be a runner. Both walkers and avid runners will be challenged in this invigorating workout. Walk, power walk, jog, run, and sprint your way to a super fit you!

 Adjustable for users of all fitness levels and easy to operate, the treadmill provides an excellent option for incredible cardiovascular training.

5/10 All fitness levels can accomplish Tread N Shed and improve their aerobic fitness. You control your treadmill speed and incline, and options are offered throughout the class for all levels to feel challenged and successful.  

How Long Is Tread N Shed? 

30 minutes of treadmill walking, jogging, running, and sprints to motivating music. This class sets you up for cardiovascular success! 

What Should I Wear to Tread N Shed? 

Come ready to play. Typically, people wear sweat-wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of exercises.  

Running or Walking Gym Shoes. Comfortable shoes that offer support and stability as you sprint, jog and power walk during class.  

What do I need to Bring? 

Hydrate, my friend! Make sure you have plenty of water with you. Pack a towel to catch your sweat, as you will be dripping and glistening. Most importantly, bring a great attitude and smile to share.

Sound the alarm and burn through 6 rounds of work with each round lighting a bigger fire through increased workload and intensity. 

Retro Robics.

It’s a blast from the past! Work up a sweat with a touch of nostalgia in this heart-pumping, traditional aerobics class. This time around, legwarmers are optional! 

HSO YOU THINK YOU CAN’T DANCE.

Bring the magic of dancing back with this cardio dance class combining easy-to-follow moves, which results in a fun finale!
