What Is Ground Level Like?
Ground Level is a movement-based class emphasizing core, but WHOA, this is a whirlwind! Ground Level consists of Tabata-based drills that alternate between core and animal movement, then reset with a quick stretch for a complete and total body workout from the ground up!

Is Ground Level a Good Workout?
Bodyweight training has never been more effective than in this fast-paced class focusing on innovative strength, mobility, core, and flexibility exercises.
- Functional Agility Training. Quick transitions between core and bodyweight strength and mobility exercises provide real-world functionality within a structured exercise environment.
- Mobility and Flexibility. Often overlooked components in traditional fitness classes, Ground Level emphasizes mobility in the animal flow-based and core exercises and flexibility in the standing Level Up stretching exercises.
- Core Strength. The emphasis on core strength and stability balance and offsets the load on joints and muscles in the body, reducing fatigue and increasing endurance.

How Long Is Ground Level?
Ground Level consists of 30 minutes of animal-movement based drills, core crusher exercises and standing stretch breaks.
What Should I Wear to Ground Level?
Wear Appropriate Clothing. Typically, people wear fitted clothing that will stay put, even in Downward-Facing Dog.
Leave Your Shoes Off. Not only does being barefoot help with your stability, but your overall balance and foot strength will improve because of direct contact with the ground.
What Do I Need to Bring?
Plan to bring your own yoga mat. Yoga mats are thin sticky mats that allow you to protect your joints during Ground Level. Show up with your smile, ready for ACTION.
