It may look like ballet training, but Barre Assets is a uniquely challenging, non-impact fitness class that delivers major results to tone and shape the body. Barre Assets mixes elements of Pilates, dance, ballet, and functional training choreographed to music designed to motivate and encourage movement.

Is Barre Assets a Good Workout?

Barre Assets is 30 minutes of exhilarating barre work performed both standing and on the floor. 

What Should I Wear to Barre Assets? 

Come ready to dance. Typically, people wear sweat wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of exercises.  Barre Assets is performed barefoot! 

What do I need to Bring? 

Hydrate my friend, make sure you have plenty of water with you.  A towel to catch your sweat as you will be glistening gloriously. Most importantly, bring a great attitude and smile to share.
