What Should I Wear to The Ultimate Dance Party?
Come ready to play. Typically, people wear sweat wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of exercises.
Cross Trainers, Dance or Walking Gym Shoes. Wear comfortable cross-training style shoes that offer support and stability as you move and dance during class. Running shoes are not optimal because they are designed for linear movement and don’t offer the necessary lateral support.
What do I need to Bring?
