How Long Is Each Class?
Push the Perimeter strengthens and energizes the whole body in just 30 minutes! Blast through the lines of equipment and dash through the lines of cardio. After 30 minutes of pushing your strength, core conditioning and high-energy cardio, you will finish feeling strong, exhilarated, and empowered.
What Should I Wear?
Come ready to play. Typically, people wear sweat-wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of exercises.
Cross Training Gym Shoes. Wear comfortable shoes that offer support and stability as you move and balance during class.
What do I need to Bring?
