Is 360-3X a Good Workout?
Training on the 360’s unstable surface recruits more muscle fibers throughout each exercise, improving balance and core stabilization. The 360 unit also challenges coordination and overall strength.
- Balance: Balance is essential in our everyday lives and is often a neglected component of fitness. Working on an unstable surface can improve balance and enhance the ability to perform everyday activities. The unstable surface helps to strengthen muscles and joints by forcing the muscles to react immediately to stabilize the body.
- Coordination: The unstable surface of the 360 unit itself demands the coordination of the entire body to stabilize. When an exercise is added atop the 360, the body must coordinate muscles more strongly to be able to perform that exercise.
- Core Stabilization: The core muscles engage immediately when working on an unstable surface. Increased training time on the 360 unit will strengthen the core muscles, including the abdomen, pelvic floor, middle back, and lower back.

What Should I Wear to 360-3X?
Come ready to play. Typically, people wear sweat-wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of exercises.
Cross Training Gym Shoes. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes that offer support and stability as you sprint, leap and lunge during class.
What do I need to Bring?

Share the load in this team-based class featuring heart-pumping ladder work followed by hardcore strength work. Load and unload the work within your line as you alternate through powerful passes on the ladder and loaded strength sets.
The Push Point.
Explore your limits and push your boundaries in this Intense strength-based workout, alternating plyometrics and strength training. The Push Point utilizes Tabata intervals to create a rollercoaster ride of work! Participants alternate blocks of controlled lower body and heavy upper body weight training followed by the adrenaline rush of a power block of plyometric lower body work efforts and lighter upper body sculpting. Get ready for a 2-minute round designed to push you to your max and challenge your strength, cardio, and core. Using 5 distinct exercises in a square, 10×10 focuses on the number of reps you can complete within a 2-minute round. Perform 100 reps in the round and rest for the remainder of the two minutes. Timed work at its best, to challenge you to perform YOUR best!
TREAD BOOTCAMP.
Tread Bootcamp is designed to blast calories, shape, and tone the entire body through an intense interval-based workout that incorporates work efforts on and off the treadmill.
